About Us

Four Winds Manor & Lodge is a privately owned and operated skilled nursing, rehabilitation and assisted living facility serving the Verona community and surrounding area by providing varying levels of skilled nursing, rehabilitation and assisted living to our residents.

Our mission is to afford excellence of service to our residents by striving to provide a homelike environment that stresses individualized care and treatment, resident centered choices as they pertain to care and living arrangements, and to encourage independence and involvement with family and friends to the extent possible.

We will make every effort to accomplish this mission by conducting ourselves in our profession, in the community and in our personal lives in such a way that our behavior is a source of pride to our residents, families, peers and ourselves. In order to do this, we will strive to work together as a team, coupling our knowledge and skills with empathy, patience, and understanding with our residents and each other as we care for our residents whose interest and well-being are always our top priority.

"We want to thank Four Winds Staff and Therapy Department for the amazing care given to Dad for a rehab stay. We were amazed by the staff's dedication to getting him better. It certainly looked bleak when we were told at the hospital he was not rehab potential. Four Winds was willing to give our Dad a shot to live and now he is back at home doing better than ever and will be leaving for a dream vacation to Alaska!!!

We were so impressed by the amazing treatment my Dad received on a daily basis. His CNA's lovingly taking care of him, his nurses diligently working to help healing, dietary staff doing everything possible to please his appetite, activities keeping his dignity, social service coaching and support, the office staff helping with insurance and paperwork and the therapy department for not giving up on him and pushing him when he was ready to give up. His stay was phenomenal! The improvements I saw with my Dad in just two months is nothing short of a miracle!
